Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and work under pressure

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have a client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent oral communication skills
• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, be organized, reliable, and a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit, debit cards, travelers cheques, or room billings
• The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections
• The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages
• The candidates should be able to take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and serve food and beverages
• The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
• The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
• The candidates should be able to train staff
