Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, Social Media, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Google Drive

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently, demonstrate attention to detail, and handle repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to multitask, should have excellent oral communication, should have excellent written communication
  • The candidate should be organized, should be accurate, should be focused on clients
  • The candidate should be reliable, should have time management skills, should be accountable

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry, provide customer service, and maintain and manage digital databases
  • The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks, perform administrative tasks, and manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments
  • The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments and enter client information in databases
