Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should hold a college diploma in civil engineering technology
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in concrete dosing and truck distribution
Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform daily checks of site cleanliness and ensure site safety and ensure that all employees, yard workers, drivers, mechanics, subcontractors, and other site personnel work safely and wear required PPE
- The candidates should be able to conduct regular inspections to monitor the progress of tasks and work and perform daily mechanical plant checks, including visual inspections, detecting unusual noises, lubrication, vibration, and belt checks
- The candidates should be able to check and measure the humidity levels of raw materials (stone, sand) and visually observe conditions before each shift and handle the dosing of concrete and distribute concrete mixers to various sites as per required specifications, ensuring conformity of delivered concrete
- The candidates should be able to order raw materials based on planned orders or anticipated volumes and plan drivers (concrete mixers) and yard personnel regarding deliveries and production for the next day
- The candidates should be able to enter raw material receipts into the “Command Batch” system and track them using system reports and produce end-of-day reports, including inventories, reception and consumption of raw materials, m3 produced, and other metrics, and transfer information to the next shift replacement
- The candidates should be able to conduct physical inventories of raw materials and other items with their manager at the end of the month and take orders by phone and promote Turbo and VAP products to customers during CODs
- The candidates should be able to perform daily ticket checks and forward them to invoicing, including tickets for waiting times, superplasticizer usage, and other details and monitor entry and exit times, lunch and break times, and create daily delivery reports for “Broker” trucks, verifying delivery tickets for specific areas
- The candidates should be able to track daily cash sales and the usage of concrete mixers (Lafarge, Broker, internal and external rentals) and follow up with the manager and communicate regularly with distributors of other plants to optimize the fleet and personnel for current and following days
- The candidates should be able to maintain constant communication with the manager, keeping them informed about plant breakdowns, production/delivery issues, and health or safety incidents
- The candidates should be able to work closely with the operations team and collaborate with logistics and quality teams and ensure proper concrete dosing according to mixing formulas, plan deliveries of raw materials and concrete, ensure receipt of raw materials in SAP and batch command and perform factory inspections
