Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Word Processing Software, Computerized Bookkeeping System, Central Reservation System (CRS), Spreadsheet, And Internet
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to register arriving guests and assign rooms and process group arrivals and departures and take, cancel and change room reservations
  • The candidates should be able to provide information on hotel facilities and services and provide general information about points of interest in the area and exchange foreign currency
  • The candidates should be able to process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payments and balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments and follow emergency and safety procedures and perform clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages and assist clients/guests with special needs and contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
  • The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties and provide customer service
