Salary: $20.10 hourly

Location: New Hamburg, ON, CA
Shift: Monday and Tuesday (afternoon), and Friday and Saturday (day)
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of performing physically demanding line work and be capable of standing for long periods, bending, and lifting
- The candidates should be capable of lifting 50 lbs repetitively, including overhead liftings and be available to work full-time during the shift schedule: Monday and Tuesday (afternoon), and Friday and Saturday (day)
- The candidates should have work in a wet and humid environment and work in small groups with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be move full Setter Racks of eggs for the transfer and follow SOPs, HACCP requirements, and schedules
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate transfer equipment until job duties are completed and perform sanitation of transfer equipment to maintain cleanliness standards
- The candidates should be able to ensure continual housekeeping of the work area to promote a safe and organized environment
- The candidates should be able to lift and dispose of egg waste containers and complete transfer paperwork accurately for proper documentation
- The candidates should be able to work varying and flexible hours until job completion and demonstrate a commitment to work as part of a team with mandatory rotation
- The candidates should be able to manage machine start-up and shut-down processes effectively and maintain continuous sanitation of setter racks to ensure optimal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced team environment with continuous runtime demands
- The candidates should be able to perform other duties as assigned while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability
