Salary: $17.23 hourly for 40 to 44 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be able to work in a physically demanding environment, demonstrate hand-eye coordination and pay attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be reliable and team players

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean the crops, perform greenhouse cleaning and harvest seedlings
• The candidates should be able to remove manually all suckers and water sprouts and cut horticultural crops

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
