Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of work experience: Charts, Tables, Graphs, And Diagrams, Contracts, Correspondence, Financial Statements, Invoices, Manuscripts, Publications, Or Theses, Reports And Records, and Statistics
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Word, Electronic Mail, MS Excel, and MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and handle a large caseload with attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, client-focused, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication, be flexible, and take initiative
- The candidates should exercise good judgment, be organized, reliable, and a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories, schedule and confirm appointments, and complete insurance and other claim forms
- The candidates should be able to maintain a filing system, order supplies and maintain inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
- The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, perform data entry, and provide customer service
