Salary: $40.00 to $45.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 8 to 80 hours bi-weekly
Employment Type: Casual employment Part time leading to full time

Shifts: Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Valid Driver’s Licence and Own Vehicle
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials:Â CPR Certificate, Licensure As A Registered Psychiatric Nurse By Provincial Authorities, and First Aid Certificate
Security and safety:Â Criminal Record Check, Immunization Records, and Tuberculosis Test
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, dependable, and have excellent oral communication
- The candidates should be flexible, take initiative, reliable, and a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer medications, conduct specimen collection, and ensure infection control
- The candidates should be able to observe and record medication’s therapeutic and side effects, and take vital signs
- The candidates should be able to monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy, and provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
- The candidates should be able to provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures, and monitor patients’ progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of healthcare team
