Salary: $36.00 hourly for 32 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Night, Shift, Overtime, Early Morning, 23:00 to 07:00
Transportation information: Own transportation
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office and MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks, pay attention to detail, and maintain hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidates should be able to perform a combination of sitting, standing, walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should communicate excellently both orally and in writing and use good judgment
- The candidate should be organized and a team player
- The candidate should demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills and be flexible
- The candidate should be reliable and value ethics
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units and prepare production and other reports
- The candidates should be able to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, set up machines and equipment, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
