Vermeer Orchards Inc is a family-owned apple farm in Aylmer, Ontario, growing a variety of apples, including Gala, Honeycrisp, and Ambrosia. The orchard focuses on quality production and offers its apples to retailers across Southwestern Ontario. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Fruit harvester
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination and be able to walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable
- The candidates should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
