Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods, and be available for overtime when required
Other Requirements:
The candidates should be client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player, demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, strong time management skills, and the ability to adapt as needed
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to determine the size of food portions and costs, plan menus, estimate food requirements, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- The candidates should be able to inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling, and order supplies and equipment
- The candidates should be able to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, clean kitchen and work areas, recruit and hire staff, and manage kitchen operations
