Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability
- The candidates should be able to work with the Management Team to ensure Store Standards are upheld 100% of the time, including in the backroom
- The candidates should be able to assist in managing, in conjunction with the FSM, labour scheduling and leverage Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity
- The candidates should be able to ensure staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business
- The candidates should be able to comply with Human Resources Standards, assist with hiring, in conjunction with the FSM, and support hiring for all departments excluding Pharmacy
- The candidates should be able to maintain wage administration within SLPH guidelines, drive Blue Culture and engagement, and lead and motivate staff by demonstrating the company’s Core Values
