Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers
- The candidates should be able to maintain a neat and organized checkout area, greet all customers and display a warm demeanor
- The candidates should be able to accurately scan or enter product data, accurately account for cash, coupons, lottery transactions, and PC Optimum points
- The candidates should be able to ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to customer receipts and return of goods
- The candidates should be able to merchandise and maintain designated areas facing, signing and labeling
