Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need PLC troubleshooting experience (Rockwell/Allen Bradley)

Other Requirements:

• The candidate must comply with safe practices prior to working on any equipment (e.g., Lockout procedure, barricading areas, safe handling of materials, etc.) and also verbally communicate on identified Emergency/Urgent repair problems effectively
• The candidate should be able to comply and promote food safety (Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP)
• The candidate must be a fully Licensed Industrial Electrician with experience in manufacturing and process industries
• The candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, with good organizing and coordinating skills and also be observant and detail-minded with a natural sense of urgency.
• The candidate should have Verbal and Written communication skills and also have the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be responsible for setup and changeover processing equipment, perform all assigned predictive and preventive maintenance tasks, perform food safety verifications, and troubleshoot and resolve electrical/communication issues
• The candidate should be able to actively contribute to the “TEAM” by working diligently to correct and prevent any electrical (and mechanical) problems , especially where there is a safety or food safety risk and also must work closely with production to keep line running with minimum downtime
• The candidate must report all food safety risks or safety problems and also perform duties such as identifying, detecting and documenting all potential maintenance repair problems
• The candidate must be able and willing to promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and also perform all other duties as assigned
