Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be reliable
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware, place dishes in storage area
- The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, package take-out food
- The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods, stock refrigerators, and salad bars
- The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
- The candidates should be able to handle and store cleaning products, remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
