Experience: Candidates should have 1-3 years of direct customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work evenings and weekends
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess previous retail in-store experience or customer care call center experience
- The candidates should have knowledge of online retail or product knowledge in the sporting goods industry
- The candidates should demonstrate experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and customer service databases
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide live customer service to Sport Check and Atmosphere customers
- The candidates should be be able to proficient in handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails
- The candidates should be able to manage issues to resolution, conducting research and resolving problems while maintaining direct communication with customers, the marketing team, purchasing team, and physical store customer service agents
- The candidates should be able to track all customer calls and emails in the customer service database
