Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures
- The candidates should be able to handle room reservations, including taking, canceling, and changing them, as well as providing general information about points of interest in the area
- The candidates should be able to investigate and resolve complaints and claims, process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and follow emergency and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone, relay calls and messages
