Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in customer service in a retail environment while sale experience is considered an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates must be capable of exercising physical effort in the handling of mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 pounds)
  • The candidates should conduct merchandizing and inventory control activities
  • The candidates should be able to stand and move for extended periods during customer interactions
  • The candidates should be capable of lifting and handling mail and packages
  • The candidates should be comfortable using postal equipment for sorting and organizing mail
