Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supply and empty bedpans, take patients’ blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and serve meal trays and feed patients
- The candidates should be able to make beds and maintain patients’ rooms, maintain an inventory of supplies, and bathe, dress, and groom patients
- The candidates should be able to transport patients in a wheelchair or stretcher, answer call signals, prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas, accompany patients on outside recreational activities, and perform other duties related to patient care and comfort
- The candidates should be able to administer first aid in emergency situations
