Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a high level of attention to detail and be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines efficiently

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize punctuality in their work and emphasize client focus in their interactions
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication
  • The candidates should be organized in their approach to work, reliable in meeting job responsibilities, and effective team players

  • The candidates should be able to answer inquiries, provide information to customers, and explain the type and cost of services offered
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for refunds and credits, issue receipts and other forms, and receive and log complaints
  • The candidates should be able to receive payments, take customers’ orders, and answer written and oral inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to promote sales to existing clients and advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services
