Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, Database software, MS Access, MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while possessing attention to detail
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and be prepared for repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should be flexible, organized, and team players while also being accurate and having a client focus

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
