Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of 1-year Pre-Service Firefighter certificate
Experience: Candidates should have 2 years of experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have trade certification or equivalent along with an additional or another relevant certification or diploma and completed WHMIS training and hold a valid DZ licence
- The candidates should have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an environment that includes oversight of firefighting equipment maintenance and repairs, and inventory monitoring
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide support and technical assistance to Faculty and other staff in the delivery of skills-based learning and maintain an inventory of equipment
- The candidates should be able to manage all aspects of supply and equipment for the Faculty and other staff, including maintenance support, maintenance scheduling, setting up and tearing down laboratory sessions, and providing orientation on the usage of equipment
