Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a University degree
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience (B2B)

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be highly self-motivated
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to operate in a PC windows environment
  • The candidates should be willing to work varying shifts based on business needs

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience selling to the C-Suite
  • The candidates should possess outstanding presentation skills, communication, and rapport-building capabilities
  • The candidates should have strong experience surrounding contracts and negotiation
  • The candidates should complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing and training
  • The candidates should have the ability to successfully complete all recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations where applicable
  • The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license (Class 5, G, or 1[AZ])
  • The candidates should have a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure consistent hunting/prospecting to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies to exceed individual sales quotas
  • The candidates should be able to manage accounts with the outcome of increased customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
  • The candidates should be able to develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations tailored to meet potential/existing customers’ needs
  • The candidates should be able to research and analyze the sales potential of their territory, determining the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization
  • The candidates should be able to visit customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • The candidates should be able to attend regular meetings with the Manager to review sales performance of assigned accounts
  • The candidates should be able to participate in monthly sales meetings and stay current with industry and market trends
