Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience account management, or business development

- The candidates should possess outstanding presentation skills, communication, and rapport-building capabilities
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure consistent hunting or prospecting to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies to exceed individual sales quotas
- The candidates should be able to manage accounts with the outcome of increased customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- The candidates should be able to develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations tailored to meet potential and existing customers’
- The candidates should be able to research and analyze their territory’s sales potential, and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization
- The candidates should be able to visit customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- The candidates should be able to attend regular meetings with the Manager to review sales performance of assigned accounts, and participate in monthly sales meetings while staying current with industry and market trends
