Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: Sage Accounting Software, Simply Accounting, MS Excel, MS Word
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, client-focused, and excellent in oral communication
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and resourceful
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare general ledger, prepare journal entry, and manage accounts receivable
- The candidates should be able to manage accounts payable, open and close books for auditors, and prepare bank reconciliations
- The candidates should be able to prepare payroll, invoice clients, and collect payments from debtors
- The candidates should be able to perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, store, update and retrieve financial data, and perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to prepare financial statements and reports and prepare reports
