Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should possess strong attention to detail, be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and manage a large caseload and workload with minimal supervision

- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, and be flexible in their approach

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and electronic inquiries, and relay messages
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and greet people, directing them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and conduct research
