Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to direct staff, plan and control budget and expenditures, and establish and implement policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, and advise senior management
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry, provide customer service, and recruit and hire staff
