Salary: $25.50 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Transportation company

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Reports and records, Financial statements, and Invoices
Area of work experience:
Purchasing, procurement, and contracts, and Human resources
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be experienced in performing repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and possess excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate excellent written communication skills and have strong time management abilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to respond to electronic inquiries, respond to employee questions and complaints, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
