Salary: $25.00 hourly 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 2090 Hurontario Street suite 200 Mississauga, ON L5B 1M8
Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, prioritize client focus, and demonstrate reliability
  • The candidates should be organized, function effectively as team players, and have strong time management skills
  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, show flexibility and adaptability, exercise good judgment, and be accurate

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., supervise other workers, and train other workers
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic inquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
