Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed college, CEGEP, or another non-university certificate or diploma program ranging from 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and excel in both oral and written communication
  • The candidates should be strong team players and demonstrate adaptability
  • The candidates should have strong time management skills

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, co-ordinate the flow of information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and oversee payroll administration
