Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., while also recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, in addition to scheduling and confirming appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, as well as order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel with related itineraries and reservations
- The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, coordinating the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, as well as type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts, establish and implement policies and procedures, and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, showcasing the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
