Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as answer telephone calls and relay messages
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee the preparation of reports
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and coordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- The candidates should be able to train, direct, and motivate staff, respond to employee questions and complaints, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts, maintain and manage digital databases, and establish and implement policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to conduct research, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants, as well as oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
