Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization:Â Reports and records, Invoices, and Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Database software, Project management software, Accounting software, MS Office, QuickBooks, and Simply Accounting
Security and safety:Â Basic security clearance

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, train other workers, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, oversee the preparation of reports, respond to employee questions and complaints, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and coordinate the flow of information, as well as type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
