Work setting: Consulting firm and Advertising, marketing and public relations agency
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Social Media, MS Office, Google Drive, and LinkedIn
Security and safety: Bondable and Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to work with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, demonstrate flexibility, and possess good time management skills
  • The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be accurate
  • The candidates should be organized, team players, and have a client focus
  • The candidates should be quick learners

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage training and development strategies, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of employee data and information, oversee the development of communication strategies, and oversee the preparation of reports
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and coordinate the flow of information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
