Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and plan and control budget and expenditures effectively
  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures as required, proficient in scheduling and confirming appointments, and skilled in managing contracts efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages promptly, respond to electronic enquiries in a timely manner, and oversee the preparation of reports as needed
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory accurately, proficient in typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, and capable of performing data entry tasks accurately
  • The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service and assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs effectively
