Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should possess attention to detail in their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should display flexibility in their work approach and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities

- The candidates should prioritize client focus in their interactions and tasks, and demonstrate reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, train them, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, co-ordinate the flow of information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type, proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
