Salary: $26.50 hourly 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 2021 Centre Av SE Calgary, AB T2E 0A9
Shifts: Day, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and be organized
  • The candidates should be a team player and accurate
  • The candidates should demonstrate reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic inquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and coordinate the flow of information
