Salary: $25.10 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Brampton, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Shift, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., plan and control budget and expenditures, and supervise other workers
  • The candidates should be able to train staff, establish and implement policies and procedures, and train, direct, and motivate staff
  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and manage training and development strategies
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages, oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, oversee the preparation of reports, and advise senior management
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, recruit and hire staff, maintain and manage a digital database, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews
