Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
- The candidates should be able to direct staff and motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries and oversee the preparation of reports
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and maintain and manage digital database
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer staff
