Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence and reports and records
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, and electronic mail
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to manage tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and have strong attention to detail, focusing on precision and accuracy in their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information and interacting with others, and should be flexible, adapting to changing conditions and requirements as needed
- The candidates should be a team player, working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals, and demonstrate reliability, consistently performing their duties and meeting expectations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone and relay calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, as well as greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
