Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure, and adept at meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to perform repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess the ability to multitask, have excellent oral communication skills, and demonstrate excellent written communication skills
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks, be organized in their work habits, and be team players
  • The candidates should be accurate in their work, client-focused, and demonstrate reliability in their work

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
