Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel and MS Office

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
