Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Office, QuickBooks, and Simply Accounting
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, excellent oral communication skills, and excellent written communication skills
- The candidates should be flexible, organized, and a team player

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls, and relay messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies, and maintain inventory

- The candidates should be able to compile data to prepare documents
