Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Statistics, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, social media, desktop publishing software, and MS Office
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to multitask, able to demonstrate excellent oral communication and excellent written communication
- The candidates should be flexible, organized and a team player
- The candidates should be accurate, client-focused and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
