Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, have excellent oral and written communication
- The candidates should be flexible, organized, and a team player
- The candidates should be accurate and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and similar events, supervise and train other workers
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic enquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other relevant information, order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
