Salary: $25.00 to $28.40 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, perform repetitive tasks, and work with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to multitask, should have excellent oral communication, should have excellent written communication
  • The candidate should be flexible, should work as a team player, should be focused on clients

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, provide customer service, and assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
