Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and Records, Invoices, Charts, Tables, Graphs, and Diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, and Electronic Mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently, perform in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, pay attention to detail, and handle repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, record and prepare minutes, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to supervise and train other workers, oversee payroll administration, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, oversee the preparation of reports, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, answer telephone and electronic inquiries, and greet people while directing them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs, work with the marketing department to communicate messages, and maintain and manage digital databases
  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations and arrange travel, related itineraries, and reservations
