Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, and work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
  • The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, send and receive messages, and provide general information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and perform data entry.
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, file material in storage areas, and label, file, and retrieve documents
  • The candidates should be able to locate and remove files requested, organize and schedule office work, and prepare and monitor contracts and budgets
