Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed high school graduation
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of office experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to take minutes, where required by the position, hold any required licenses Driver’s License, MOT, AVOP), depending on the specific role
  • The candidates should be physically capable of lifting and climbing, if required by the position, be available to work shifts and/or staggered starting and stopping times
  • The candidates should demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made, and seeking any required work permits, visas, or other authorizaions is the sole responsibility of the candidates

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations depending on the work location, as outlined by Transport Canada
  • The candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong formatting and proofreading abilities
  • The candidates should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,  demonstrate proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • The candidates should have a strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail, an aptitude for math and numerical tasks

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to analyze, design, format, and produce creative, high-quality documents and reports, develop, prepare, and provide statistical reports and prepare comparative analyses
  • The candidates should be able to plan, coordinate, and execute road shows, with the possibility of travel, assist with product displays and recommend and assist in implementing improved methods and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to provide on-the-job training, direction, guidance, and assistance to other employees in the department, maintain confidentiality at all times,  record and maintain operational records and endorsements
  • The candidates should be able to comply with Company Policies, Collective Agreements, and Government Regulations, liaise with internal and external customers and organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to work with minimal or no supervision, act as the first level troubleshooter of hardware/software issues
  • The candidates should be able to assist with the compilation of the operating business plan, monitor reports, investigate discrepancies, and calculate accruals
  • The candidates should be able to audit invoices, ensure flight crew meals and ground allowances are provided and process and calculate pay adjustments and expenses
