Transportation information: Vehicle supplied by employer, Valid driver’s licence, Willing to travel, Willing to travel regularly, and Travel expenses paid by employer
Work setting: Rural area and Staff accommodation available
Flight instructor ratings: General flight, and Airplane
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Credentials: Commercial Pilot Licence – fixed wing, First Aid Certificate, and Visual Flight Rating
Security and safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, and Medical exam
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience or be comfortable with commercial aviation practices and working outdoors
- The candidates should be able to work at heights and in potentially dangerous environments, as well as in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be non-smokers and have experience or interest in crop dusting and spraying, as well as forest firefighting
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, have attention to detail, and possess manual dexterity
- The candidates should have 20/20 vision, be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and able to manage a large workload
- The candidates should have hand-eye coordination, be willing to work overtime when required, and have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should have sound discrimination abilities and be comfortable sitting for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be accurate, have a client focus, and demonstrate flexibility
- The candidates should be team players, take initiative, and exercise good judgment while upholding values and ethics
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to fly fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters and monitor the operation of the engine and aircraft systems during flight
- The candidates should be able to coordinate flight activities with ground crews and air-traffic control, conduct in-flight tests, and direct activities of aircraft crew during flights
- The candidates should be able to conduct pre-flight inspections of aircraft, contact control towers for clearances and instructions, maintain communications with dispatchers and weather forecasters, and respond to in-flight emergencies
- The candidates should be able to monitor aircraft equipment and systems during flights, ensure weight and balance specifications are met, and prepare flight evaluation reports
